In case one of our products is not available in our stock, we undertake to contact you by email or phone within 2 working days from the date of the order informing you of the deadline within which the product can be delivered to you.

- Return
Right of unjustified withdrawal (Replacement or Cancellation of order)
You may, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day you received the product yourself or a third person indicated by you, other than the carrier, withdraw unjustifiably from your order for any reason. In case of an order consisting of several products delivered at your choice in parts, the above deadline for unjustified cancellation starts from the day on which you received the last product of the above order.
Only the return of products in excellent condition in their original packaging will be accepted , i.e. without tampering with their packaging and confirming that the special markings of the product have not been removed.

- Damaged goods

- Late delivery of the order

- Refund
